Respondent No.5 is represented. The learned AGP represents first to fourth Respondents. Writ Petition filed by the Applicants has been dismissed on account of non­compliance with the conditional order. Now that the added Respondent in the Writ Petition is represented by an Advocate, a case is made out for restoration. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
