The petitioner (original defendant No.1) is challenging the order dated 30th June 2014 passed by the Appellate Court restraining him from changing nature of structure situated in the suit land till final decision of the suit. The order of injunction is in force from 30th June 2014; hence, no interference is call for. 2.

However, all contentions raised by the petitioner in the petition are kept open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
