Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 3 that the Petitioners have an alternate efficacious remedy, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to file an Appeal before the Government of Maharashtra. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that ad
WP(ST) 23840-18.doc interim order dated 05.09.2018 granted by this Court be continued for a period of four weeks to enable the Petitioners to file an appropriate Application for stay within the said period. 3.
Accordingly, the Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The adinterim order dated 05.09.2018 is continued for a period of four weeks from today to enable the Petitioners to file an appropriate Application for stay before the appropriate authority. It is made clear, that if an Application is filed by the Petitioners before the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered on its own merits uninfluenced by the adinterim order dated 05.09.2018 granted by this Court or continuation of the same for a period of four weeks. Similarly, if an Application for delay condonation is filed, the authority shall take into consideration, the filing of these Petitions in this Court, whilst deciding the Application. All contentions of both parties are kept open.
