The petitioner herein who was accused in STC No.3490 of 2014 pending on the file of J.M.FC. Solapur, has challenged the order dated 30.04.2015, whereby the learned Sessions Judge has dismissed the application for transferring the said case to another court. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complainant is an advocate by profession, and that the Magistrate is giving very short dates. These

grounds are not sufficient to transfer the case. The reasons given in the petition are not sufficient for transferring the case. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
