This Petition seeks a limited relief for a direction to take the decision on the proposal of the Petitioner dated 5th February 2015, which is at Exh. 'J' of the Petition expeditiously, in view of the Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 22nd June 1994 of the Department of Women and Child Development, Mantralaya, Mumbai and G.R. dated 19th June 1996 of School and Sport Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. osk 1 of

Accordingly, the Respondent No.1 is directed to take a decision on the aforesaid proposal within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, if not already decided. 4.

The Petitioner is at liberty to submit additional documents at the time of communication of this order, in case the proposal is not already decided. The said documents be taken into consideration, in case the proposal is not decided. In case, the proposal is already decided, the decision be communicated to the Petitioner.

Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
