Paragraph No. 1 of the order dated 12th October 2023 reads as under :

Ms. Solunke states that Respondent No.2, the Additional Collector, has passed an order dated 9th October 2023 setting aside the impugned order dated 4th October 2021 that was passed by Respondent No.4-Tahsildar and Respondent No.2 has remanded the matter to be heard by Respondent No.3-Sub-divisional Officer. This order has been passed in an appeal that Petitioner had filed before Respondent No.2 against the order passed by Respondent No.4. Ms.Solunke is correct in submitting that prayers in this Petition, therefore, will not survive.

Mr. Chandratre states that the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) should atleast be directed to dispose the matter expeditiously. Ms. Solunke states 23rd October 2023 is the date fixed for personal hearing. Mr.Chandratre states that petitioner will attend the personal hearing either by himself or through authorized representative. Purti Parab

The SDO shall hear petitioner and pass a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioner. The order shall be passed on or before 30th November 2023.
