The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition against the Respondent No.1, as it stood dismissed against the Respondent No.1 on account of the conditional order dated 5th May 2014. The Respondent No.1 is now represented by advocate Mr. Pradeep Gole. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the Civil Application. The same is allowed. Resultantly, the Petition is restored against the Respondent No.1. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
