It has been brought to my notice that there are typographical errors in the order dated 23/11/2021 wherein date of judgment is wrongly typed as "23.11.2017" instead of "29.09.2021" and Sessions Case number is wrongly typed as "46 of 2010" instead of "100 of 2014".

Hence, in the third line of first paragraph and in the second line of clause (i) of second paragraph of the order dated 23/11/2021 the words "judgment dated 23.11.2017 in Sessions Case No.46 of 2010" shall be corrected to read as "judgment dated 29.09.2021 in Sessions Case No.100 of 2014".
