This Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 28th October 2005 passed in Election Petition No.4 of 2002 by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Solapur.

Petitioner was elected as Corporator of Municipal Corporation in election held in year 2002. His election was subjected to Election Petition filed by Respondent No.1. The Election Petition was allowed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur, thereby setting aside election and Respondent No.1 was declared as duly elected. The term of aforesaid election is expired in year 2007. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in present Writ Petition. 3.
