The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 16th May 2019 passed below Exhibit 16 in Petition A No.241 of 2018 by Family Court at Solapur. The Petitioner wife filed application for maintenance, which has been partly allowed. Hence, Writ Petition is filed for enhanced maintenance.

The record indicates that Petition A No.241 of 2018 has been disposed of vide Judgment and Order dated 11th May 2023. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.
