Heard. We have perused the investigation papers. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a false complaint has been filed against the Petitioner, who is a student of M.Tech. He further submits that the said compliant is filed as a counter blast to the complaint filed by the Petitioner. The Petitioner and the Complainant/ Respondent No.2 are adjacent neighbours. There is some civil dispute between the parties as regards parking and right of way to their residence.
