Learned counsel for the Respondents-claimants has filed a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30/08/2023. 2.

It is seen that there is a typographical error in paragraph 14(iv) wherein in the 2nd line the amount 'Rs.10,000/- each' is wrongly typed. The same be substituted with 'Rs.10,00,000/- each'. Similarly, in paragraph 14(vi), 2nd line, the word 'each' is wrongly typed. The same be substituted with the word 'jointly' and to read as 'Rs.5,40,000/- jointly'. 3.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 30/08/2023.
