The Petition came to be disposed off on 04/12/2024, by issuing an appropriate direction to the Committee to take a decision upon the claim of the Petitoner. In addition, a feedback was expected from Principal Secretary, Tribal Development Department in light of the observations made earlier in its order dated 02/12/2024.

The Petition being listed for compliance, the learned A.G.P. has placed on record an order issued by the Tribal Development Department dated 17/01/2025, thereby transferring the Additional Commissioner, Part of the Committee, to Nashik.
