The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed two applications for appointment on compassionate ground. The first application is filed on 6th November, 2015 and the second application is filed on 23rd January, 2019 (pages 10 and 11 of the petition). The same are yet to be decided.

Mr. Sakhadeo, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2. 3.

In case the applications filed by the petitioner (pages 10 and 11 of the petition) are pending with the respondent no.2, then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within four months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
