Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the second and third Respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that hearing on the basis of the impugned show cause notice dated 5th September 2015 is fixed on Monday the 14th September 2015. Considering the limited challenge, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order: ORDER :

(a) The order which may be passed on the show cause notice dated 5th September 2015 shall be served to the Petitioners;

(b) If the order passed is adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order passed on the said show cause notice;

(c) All the contentions on the impugned show cause notice are kept open;

(d) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
