The petitioner/original plaintiff is challenging orders passed by the Courts below rejecting petitioner's application for temporary injunction. At least from 9 October 2017 there is no injunction running in favour of the petitioner. 2.

Hence, no interference at this stage is called for. 3.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 4.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merit uninfluenced by the orders passed by the Courts below. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
