On 6th August 2025 an affidavit was filed on behalf of the respondents requesting for 12 weeks time to conclude the hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the hearing has taken place on 22nd September 2025.

In this view of the matter, the petition can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by directing the respondent no.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim for caste validity within a period of 6 weeks from today.

Till the caste validity claim of the petitioner is decided, the respondent no.3 not to terminate the services of the petitioner. 4.
