The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which had stood dismissed for non­prosecution in view of the conditional order dated 21/08/2015. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants would within one week from date furnish copies of the above Petition to the office. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the above Writ Petition is restored to file. If the copies of the Petition are not furnished within one week from date, then the order which is set aside would once again operate. With the aforesaid observations the above Civil Application is disposed of. The ad­interim relief would continue to operate till time for compliance, and thereafter if the instant order is complied with.
