The civil application is filed for restoration of the petition and to recall the self-operative order dated 9 July 2018 of dismissal of the petition in case of non-compliance of the directions to file affidavit of service.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Needless to say that the order of status quo granted earlier shall stand revived.
