The applicant submits that respondent No.2, Sadashiv Mahadev Donage, has passed away, on 23/08/2021. His legal representatives are mentioned in the title clause at Sr. Nos.2(a) to 2(c).

The learned advocate Mr. Chinchalikar, submits that he can appear on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased Sadashiv Mahadev Donage.

In view of the above, the interim application is allowed. The applicant shall amend the civil revision application by bringing the legal representatives of deceased Sadashiv Mahadev Donage, on record, within one week.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has circulated synoptical notes, certain documents and depositions, from page Nos.1 to 113, and has also circulated a compilation of judgments. Mr. Chinchilikar, the learned advocate, submits that he will also enter synoptical notes and circulate the judgments. Let this exercise be completed by 28/01/2022.
