The defendants are challenging judgment and orders passed by the Courts below granting relief of temporary injunction against them. The Trial Court granted temporary injunction on 28 April 2017. At least since 28 April 2017 injunction is running against the petitioners. Hence, no interference is called for. 2.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners on merits open to be agitated before the Trial Court, at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

Moreover, the observations made in the impugned order shall not influence the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit.
