By an order dated 23rd October, 2018 passed by this Court in this writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed. The papers are allowed to be produced at 3:00 p.m. in view of the praecipe filed by the learned advocate representing the petitioner seeking continuation of the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 24th September, 2018. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 24th September, 2018 is continued for a period of four weeks from today. If any Special Leave Petition is filed by the petitioners, a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents in advance.
