ABA/2381/2023 is filed for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.236 of 2023, registered with Pandharpur (Rural) Police Station, Solapur (Rural) for offences punishable under Sections 467,
468, 471, 420 r/w. Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
The Applicant/Accused is protected by the order of this Court on 12.09.2023 for last about 2 years. On 16.07.2025, learned APP has already informed on instructions, that investigation is complete and charge sheet is already filed and case is registered with concerned Magistrate Court at Pandharpur.

Since nobody appeared for Intervener/Complainant, the matter was adjourned for today with instructions to the concerned Investigating Officer to inform the Complainant about today's date. Learned APP has produced the acknowledgment of the Complainant on the notice about today's hearing. Its xerox copy taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is filed by the Accused Nos.2 & 3 who are purchaser from accused No.1 who is father of the complainant.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed, and further considering the Applicant/Accused were protected by the order of this Court for long time, case for grant of anticipatory bail application is made out.

ABA/2381/2023 is allowed in terms of order dated 12.09.2023. The Applicant/Accused is directed to attend the Trial Court regularly, unless exempted by the concerned Court.

Anticipatory Bail Application and Interim Application are disposed of in above terms.
