Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in order dated 10/09/2018, appearance of Shri Vijay Killedar is wrongly typed as 'for Respondent No.4' instead of 'for Respondent No.5'.

Learned Counsel further submits that in the first line of first paragraph of the said order, the words 'Respondent No.4 - Zilla Parishad' are wrongly typed instead of 'Respondent No.5 - Administrative Officer, Solapur Municipal Primary Education Board, Solapur'.

Learned Counsel further submits that in the 2nd paragraph, the words "Respondent No.4" are wrongly typed instead of "Respondent No.5".
