The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was fnally heard by the Scrutiny Committee on 14th June 2022. However, the judgment is not yet delivered. The last date for submission of validity pursuant to JEE is 7th October 2022.

Relying upon the statement made that the matter has been closed for orders on 14th June 2022, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the matter fnally on or before 3th October 2022.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
