Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal. The delay is of 96 days.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that there is no plausible explanation for an inordinate delay in filing application and, therefore, the application deserves to be dismissed.

However, for the reasons assigned in paragraph 8 of the application, the delay of 96 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. The delay is accordingly condoned. Application is allowed and stands disposed of.
