By this application, it is prayed that the delay in filing the First Appeal be condoned. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 3 to 7 of the application. The respondents are duly served with this application. 2.

The reasons mentioned, appear to be acceptable. Hence, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned. 3.

As the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation as directed, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during the pendancy of the proceedings. 2.
