The challenge in the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to the Order dated 27th January 2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kolhapur below Exhibit 33 in Petition A No. 216 of 2021.

Mr. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the said Petition A No.216 of 2021 has itself been finally disposed of by the learned Family Court, Kolhapur and therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. He seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition as it has become infructuous. 3.
