The learned AGP submits that proposal of the petitioner is not recommended for the Letter of Intent.

The present writ petition is seeking direction to decide the proposal. The same it appears is already decided. The learned AGP shall serve upon the respondent a copy of the same. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP that the proposal is already decided and not recommended, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

The petitioner, if so desires, may challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
