The basis for this petition appears to be a dispute between petitioner and Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 who are adjacent land owners. 2.

After the petition was heard for some time Mr. Shinde sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file such application/proceedings/suit/appeal as adviced including impugning the order dated 2nd August 2022 passed by the Tehsildar. 3.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 4.

As and when petitioner decides and files any application/ proceedings/suit/appeal the appropriate authority will consider the same in accordance with law after hearing petitioner as well as Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and any other party affected including the State. Purti Parab
