We accept the statement made by the learned AGP on instructions of Mr. Sachin Jagtap that order would be complied with.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP state that corrected order is issued. In the light of the order so issued, we are not inclined to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction.
