Perused the letter dated 16.08.2021 addressed by the Jt. Civil Judge Junior Divion, Gadhinglaj. The learned Judge has sought extension of time of 10 months to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 98 of 2002.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 informs the Court that the matter before the Trial court is now kept for pronouncement of Judgment on 02.05.2022.
