The Externment Appeal is filed in June, 2025 and on 4th July, 2025, this Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to Respondent No.2, to decide the Appeal out of turn.

Normally we do not direct an out of turn hearing, keeping in view that all the litigants are equal in the eyes of law and each one of them has a Laxmi 1/2

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the pendency of the Solapur District with regard to Externment orders and decide the pending Appeal as expeditiously as possible.
