The original defendants are challenging judgment and orders passed by the Courts below restraining the petitioners from disturbing plaintiffs' possession over the suit property and further restraining the defendants from creating third party rights. The said order of injunction is in force against the petitioners at least since 15 May 2014. Therefore, at this stage, it is not necessary to interfere with the impugned judgment and orders. However, it shall be open for the petitioners to raise all contentions on merits before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit. 2.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
