The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that by order dated 02/09/2015, the Applicant deposited sum of Rs.20,000/ by way of cost in the Registry of this court. He submits that when he applied for withdrawal of the same, the office has raised some objection. Hence, he mentioned the matter today.
