Heard the parties for some time.

The only argument advanced is that the victim though was 14 years of age, the relationship was consensual relationship. It is further argued that, there is no sufficient Medical Evidence on record to show that the sexual Act was by force.

However, this argument cannot be accepted at this stage for the reason that victim was only of 14 years of age. Her age is not disputed. Manoj

2 1-IA-3294-2023.doc Learned Advocate further made an attempt to seek bail stating that the victim and accused had even performed marriage. 4.

This Court prima facie satisfied that, there is no error committed by the learned Sessions Judge, Solapur in convicting and sentencing the Appellant. There is no substance in the Application and the same stands rejected.
