Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly submits that CGIT is now functioning. She however submits that CGIT is holding sitting once a month and interim reliefs prayed in this petition needs to be granted urgently as substantial prejudice is being caused to the Petitioner.

In our opinion, such request for grant of interim relief can be adequately addressed by CGIT which is now functioning. The Petitioner has already iled an appeal before CGIT, copy of which is at page 33. Copy of the stay application is at page 50.

We request CGIT to consider the application made by Petitioner for staying the recovery as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of this order.
