The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners has pointed out that pursuant to the direction contained in the order dated 12th March 2013 in Writ Petition No. 3074 of 2003, the Respondent Authorities were directed to decide the representation of the Petitioners in respect of allotment of shops within a period of 12 weeks, however, the said order dated 12th March 2013 remains to be complied. 2.
In the circumstances, we direct the Respondent No.1 Secretary to treat the present Petition as representation of the Petitioners and decide the same expeditiously and in any event within a period of 10 weeks from the date this order is placed before him, failing which we Ajay
