Heard Mr. R.R.Salvi, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Ajit Savagave, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1B, since deceased, on record.

Respondent no.1B died on 13.9.2013 leaving behind respondents no.1B(1) to 1B(4).

For the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made

2/2 CAS/1289/2014 out sufficient cause. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b),(c) and (d) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Mr. Salvi assures that he will serve copy of this order on Mr. Sukand Kulkarni.
