This is an application for condoation of delay caused in preferring Appeal against Judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur dated 26th November 2018, convicting the applicant for the offence punishable under sections 307 of Indian Penal Code and imposing sentence to suffer RI for 8 years and to pay fine of Rs. 3,000/-, in default to suffer RI for 6 months for the grounds mentioned in the application.
