This Court by an order dated 25th March, 2019 recorded a statement of of learned Counsel for respondent No.1 made on instructions of Mr. Subhash Rajaram Chougule, Assistant Director, Kolhapur that all the dues which are payable to the petitioner of which contempt is alleged shall be paid within a period of one month. The matter was stood over to 2nd May, 2019 for compliance. On 2nd May, 2019, matter was stood over to 27th June, 2019. 2.

In this view of the matter, we do not propose to keep Contempt Petition pending any further. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.

In case, the petitioner satisfies this Court that the order dated 25th March, 2019 is not complied with, liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply for restoration of the Contempt Petition.
