This is an application for suspension of sentence. 2.

Learned APP placed on record report of the Superintendent of Kolhapur Open Prison. It is submitted by learned APP that Applicant while working at the washing centre, led with the car and made good his escape, and in that regard, an FIR has been registered against him. 3.

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to consider this application. Application is dismissed.
