Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by plaintiff for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.667 of 2003 on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant is Senior Citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal No. 667 of 2003 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place Second Appeal No. 667 of 2003 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen if it is ready for final hearing.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
