We proceed on the basis that Mr. A.R. Rajput, Under Secretary has consulted with the Hon'ble Minister of Education before committing the period of three months. 4.

Accepting this statement made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the application for interim relief taken out in the Appeal be taken up early by the Hon'ble Minister of Education. Upon request so made, the Hon'ble Minister would take up the application for interim relief at an early date.
