This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.4 - Kantilal Vithoba Teke, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.4 died on 21.04.2015 leaving behind respondents No.2, 3 and 5. As far as respondent No.2 is concerned, he is represented by Advocate Haribhau Deshinge. Office remark shows that respondents No.1, 3 and 5 are served. Despite that, none appears on their behalf. No reply is filed on their behalf opposing the application. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as cost. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side. 4.
