We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted that this Public Interest Litigation is not restricted to the jurisdiction of this Bench. The illegalities are committed in the entire State of Maharashtra including Solapur, Osmanabad and Thane.

In such view of the matter, considering the array of the respondents, it would be appropriate to place the Public Interest Litigation before the Principal Seat for appropriate directions. 4.

Registry is directed to transfer the Public Interest Litigation to the Principal Seat.
