This is an application received through jail for expeditious hearing of MPID Case No.11/2014 pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan. Learned Counsel is appointed to espouse the case of the applicant. The applicant is already convicted in S.C. No.669/2011 and is undergoing imprisonment in Kolhapur jail. 2.

Considering the above fact and also the fact that MPID case is pending only since 2014 and in view of large pendency before the Court, I do not find it necessary to direct expeditious disposal of the case. Nonetheless, the Learned Judge is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
