The above Writ Petition is filed seeking to challenge the Order dated 15th July, 2023 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Satara in Criminal Misc. Application No. 331 of 2022. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy to approach the DRT under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 to challenge the said AUGUST 29, 2023 Shubham Talle

6-WP-10748-2023.doc Order. He therefore sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to approach the DRT.

Considering these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No Order as to costs. 4.
