Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner inadvertently mentioned "Appeal No.58 of 2025" instead of "Misc. Application No.58 of 2025" in the petition. He further submits that while filing of the said application before respondent No.9 a correction was made by adding the word "Miscellaneous" before "Application". Certified copy of the Miscellaneous Application No.58 of 2025 is attached with the praecipe. He prays that order dated 19th September, 2025 be corrected accordingly. In this view of the matter, order dated 19th September, 2025 is corrected by substituting the words "Miscellaneous Application No.58 of 2025" in place of words "Appeal No.58 of 2025" in paragraph 2 and the words "Miscellaneous Application" are substituted in place of word "appeal" in paragraph 3. 4.
