P.C.: At the outset the learned counsel for the Applicants states that the delay in filing the appeal is only 56 days and there is a typographical error in paragraph 8(a) wherein number of days of delay is shown as 99 instead of 56. He therefore seeks leave to amend the same. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

By this application the Applicants have sought to condone delay of 56 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and order Megha 1/2

Megha 51_caf_3595_2018.odt dated 15th March, 2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji in M.C.A. No.81 of 2011.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 4 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 4.

The appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.

The appeal alongwith Civil Application No.3596 of 2018 be listed on 24/9/2019.
